Aubrey Mendonca: President and Founder, has over 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having developed and put three candidates in the clinic for cancer research. He has also founded and trained personnel for multiple companies servicing the pharmaceutical industry world wide. Prior to starting ChemRoutes, he has held senior management positions with Novabiochem (now part of Merck KgA); Irori/ChemRx; Discovery Partners Intl.; and Polymer Laboratories Ltd. (now part of Varian Inc.)

John O’Brien: Chief Financial Officer, completed his degree in accounting and then worked as a senior public accountant for a number of years. He then served as Director of Administration and Finance for Huygens Dimella Shaffer and Associates, before taking over as CFO for Polymer Laboratories for over 15 years where he was involved in strategic planning for the group, treasury and finance, operations and human resources. Recently he has served as CFO for D&D Management Group where he was responsible for designing and implementation of financial, operational and information systems for multiple entities owned and controlled by private investors.

Mavis Nathoo: Director of Programs, received her law degree from the University of Alberta and after admission to the bar, was in private practice for a number of years, focusing on corporate commercial law. She then served as the Legislative Services Manager for the city of Edmonton, working with City Council and developing a number of governance, policy and regulatory frameworks and systems. Thereafter she moved to Kenya and worked as the governance advisor and later as director of governance programs for CIDA, Kenya. Most recently she served as a senior technical advisor and coordinator of the Independent Unit on Public Sector Reforms for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), seconded as an advisor to Cabinet Office and later to the Prime Minister of Kenya on governance reforms, employee engagement, and results-based and outcome-oriented management. She developed key strategic programs and formed international partnerships to support reforms and capacity building.
